About Neveu Mechanical Services
Heating, cooling, hot water, and gas systems protect everyday life. They keep homes warm in winter, deliver dependable hot water, and help buildings and facilities keep operating the way they should.
We install, upgrade, diagnose, and support the systems your home or business depends on. We explain the work, carry it out with care, and check that the system operates safely and reliably.
Why this work matters
Mechanical systems protect more than buildings. They protect the people inside them.
A heating system protects a family during a freezing winter night. A hot water system supports the routines that start and end the day. A central plant helps a multifamily building operate without constant disruption. A commercial mechanical room helps facilities stay open, occupied, and productive.
When a system stops working properly, it affects comfort, daily routines, and building operations. We help you understand what needs attention and how to address it.
What kind of contractor we are
Neveu Mechanical Services is a multi-trade mechanical contractor. We handle the connected systems that move air, water, refrigerant, and fuel through homes and buildings.
Why that matters
We bring the same care to homes, multifamily properties, and commercial buildings, with planning suited to how each property is used.
Working across these trades helps us account for how the equipment, piping, controls, and other parts of a system work together.
What makes our work different
We consider the whole system, from the initial assessment to future service access.
- Defined before major decisions are made
- Installed with care and serviceability in mind
- Checked under real operating conditions
- Supported over time as conditions change
We measure performance, check operation, and document the work so you know what was done and how the system is running.
We explain what the system needs, carry out the agreed work, and help you plan for ongoing service.
The principles that guide our work
Care in the Details
If a system is worth installing, it is worth installing correctly.
We pay attention to the details that affect safety, performance, and service access, including work that is difficult to see once installation is complete.
The work needs to hold up when no one is looking and when demand is highest.
We Take Responsibility
You should know what we are doing and who is responsible for it.
We explain what is included in the project, identify any limits, and stay accountable for the work we perform.
Protect What Matters
We plan for safe operation, reliable performance, and access for future service.
Mechanical work should protect the people and operations depending on the system. That priority shapes how we plan, install, diagnose, and support every project we take on.
How we work
Every project we perform follows the same four-stage standard.
PLAN
We define system requirements before major work begins.
INSTALL
We build systems with organized routing, proper access, and long-term maintainability in mind.
VERIFY
We check safety and performance under real operating conditions.
SUPPORT
Service & Support helps keep systems stable as they change over time.
A long-term commitment to this region
The homes and buildings in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut depend on mechanical systems that have to perform in real conditions.
This is New England work. Heating systems need to hold through winter demand. Hot water systems need to recover when people actually need them. Multifamily and commercial systems need to stay stable without constant disruption.
Our work includes clear planning, organized installation, startup checks, and support as systems age.
We want customers in this region to have dependable systems and a contractor they can turn to when those systems need attention.
Leadership rooted in field experience
Ryan Neveu
Founder, Neveu Mechanical Services
Ryan Neveu founded the company as RPN Plumbing. Today, Neveu Mechanical Services handles the mechanical systems that homes and businesses depend on.
Ryan brings third-generation trade roots in plumbing and pipefitting to our work, with years of hands-on field experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial systems. That experience shapes how we plan the work, solve problems, and check the finished installation.
Founder’s Note
“I built this company because homes and buildings in our region depend on systems that should not be left to assumptions. When heat, hot water, or building operation depends on mechanical work, it needs to be handled clearly and correctly.
Our responsibility is to understand what the system needs, perform the work the right way, and make sure people can depend on it when it matters.”
The work we want to be known for
Our goal is straightforward: careful work and dependable systems.
We want customers to know what was done, why it was needed, and how to care for the system.
- Organized
- Serviceable
- Accountable
- Clearly documented
- Stable over time
Before replacement becomes the default
A heating or hot-water problem may start somewhere other than the equipment itself.
A clearer assessment can reveal conditions such as airflow restrictions, hydronic imbalance, refrigerant issues, combustion instability, hot water recovery limitations, or controls that are no longer matched to actual demand.
Identifying those conditions first helps determine whether the right path is repair, adjustment, redesign, or replacement. Learn more about the System Assessment process.
What you should expect
You should understand the findings, the agreed work, and what to expect from the system.
- The system is understood
- The next step is clear
- The work is being handled responsibly
- You know how the system is operating
That is the standard we are working toward on every project.
Talk with us about your mechanical systems
Whether you need an installation, an upgrade, or help with an existing system, tell us about your home, property, or facility.
A System Assessment can help identify what is affecting performance and whether repair, adjustment, or replacement makes sense.
